A doctor will call you the same day, during business hours. 

OHIP Covered Phone Services Include: 

​

  • Advice on the current pandemic. 

  • Assessment if you should go to the ER.

  • Assessment if you should self isolate or go for COVID19 Testing.

  • Medication Refills (Birth control or chronic medications- certain rules apply for narcotics/controlled substances)

  • Advice on aches, sprains, and strains

  • We aim to continue to provide the community with health services every day of the year as we have since 2012

  • General medical concerns will be addressed
